It doesn’t matter if you’re the bride, the mother of the bride, a bridesmaid, or a guest at five weddings this summer the QiFlow Yoga BRIDAL BootCamp is for YOU!!! Take 4-weeks and give yourself the gift of feeling your best on the most anticipated day of your life. This Yoga BRIDAL BootCamp series will be grounded in yoga, but will combine SculptFLOW techniques, HIIT workouts, and circuit style training to get you in the best wedding dress shape of your life!
This workshop will be led by Sarah Palmer, she is a Cycle and Yoga instructor at QiFlow who is
preparing for her own wedding in September. Just 1 hour a week for 4-weeks is all you need to de-stress by focusing on yourSELF, and feeling the support of a community who knows exactly how you feel!
What you can expect:
20 minutes: yoga warm-up, incorporating plyometric bodyweight movements
20 minutes: circuit training using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc.
20 minutes: Yoga Flow, building heat and lengthening muscles, cool down, Savasana
5:15 PM on Wednesday nights from May 2nd to May 23rd. After the BootCamp we will do a big QiFlow group event called “Climb the Incline” on May 27th. The CLIMB the INCLINE is included in the BootCamp price and it’s the perfect way to test your physical prowess after 4-weeks in Yoga BRIDAL BootCamp!
