YOGA BootCamp with Sarah Palmer!

The YOGA BootCamp Summer Series is grounded in yoga but will combine SculptFLOW techniques, HIIT workouts, and circuit style training to get you in the best shape of your life!

Class Breakdown:

20 minutes: yoga warm-up, incorporating plyometric bodyweight movements

20 minutes: circuit training using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc.

20 minutes: Yoga Flow, building heat and lengthening muscles, cool down, Savasana

Class Time:

5:15 PM on Wednesday nights
