QiFlow “Climb the Incline” BootCamp with Natalie

Itching to hike a 14er this summer? Eyeing a backpacking trip along the Colorado Trail? Need to prepare for a summer of Adventure but don’t know where to start? On Thursday nights at 6pm join Natalie for a BootCamp designed to get your ready for summer adventure and fun!

CLIMB the INCLINE workouts bring focus to your climbing muscles – glutes (butt), quadriceps, hamstrings, and core! Cardiovascular health, endurance training, strength and plyometrics to train for an awesome Summer filled with adventure!

Need a ReBoot? Then this training camp is for you! It’s normal to train harder when you set a goal so we’re setting our sites on a timed group climb to top of Manitou Incline! Only 15 spots available … the small group setting will ensure personal attention, personalized workouts and access to our QiFlow Facebook group for support and bonus exercises.

The once railroad track now consists of approximately 2,744 steps made entirely of railroad ties. Although it’s only one mile in length, the ascension averages a 41% incline (68% at its highest) and a 2,000 foot climb in elevation. That’s more stairs than the Empire State Building! The Manitou Incline is considered one of the highest sets of stairs in the world and at the end of the BootCamp we’re going to kick butt and race to the top!

If you’ve never done the incline before here’s your chance to summit with friends! We will encourage, inspire and motivate you from day one of BootCamp to the top of the climb! We believe a community is one of the most important aspects you gain from the QiFlow programs and this incline challenge and training with fellow QiFlow students and friends will be one you’ll remember forever!
